We are hoping many people will want to help with decorating the chancel for services throughout the year.
Please review the Altar Guild Guidelines in planning your decorations. And also please review the materials we already have on hand (by holiday and/or season) and what materials we would like to add to our collection. (Note: The chancel is sometimes also referred to as the altar area, the area behind Sunday morning speakers.)
We also suggest you consider tying your decorations to the season, a holiday, and/or the topic of the service. If you have any questions -- or if you want to volunteer for a particular Sunday (or let us choose a Sunday for you) -- please let us know. Note: Providing flowers/decorations for the chancel is a lovely way to honor an anniversary or someone's memory.
